Mode of Legal Practice

Legal services are provided by Mgr. Jiří Kučera, Attorney, as an independent attorney within the meaning of Section 11(1) of the Advocacy Act.

Legal services are provided either personally or through substituted representation by one of the permanently collaborating attorneys, whom he entrusts with handling a specific client’s case. Clients are always properly informed about the provision of legal services under the permanent cooperation agreement.

However, legal services within the firm may also be provided directly by one of the permanently collaborating attorneys, in addition to Mgr. Jiří Kučera. This is particularly the case when neither the client nor the permanently collaborating attorney is subject to VAT (making the service more cost-effective for the client) or when the client, for any reason, prefers to have the service provided directly by a chosen collaborating attorney (rather than in substitution for Mgr. Jiří Kučera, Attorney).

Clients have the right to freely choose their attorney under Section 2 of the Advocacy Act. Therefore, a client may request legal services from any attorney, and Mgr. Jiří Kučera, along with the collective of permanently collaborating attorneys, always respects this choice.
